At CanaFlight, we place great importance on providing an equal and accessible service to the general public, including people with disabilities. This site was designed and built with the intention of meeting the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568 on internet service accessibility, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines, and under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the 2013 accessibility of service regulations.

Filing an accessibility complaint

If your accessibility inquiry was not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a reasoned complaint to the accessibility coordinator through any of the channels above (phone, WhatsApp, email or post). The complaint will be reviewed and a substantive reply provided within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days from receipt. Where an accessibility fix is required, it will be carried out as soon as possible and no later than 60 days.
